Terms of Use
Updated October 26, 2026
1. Using OMAE
OMAE is an AI-assisted room design service operated by Benjamin Albertelli EI, an individual entrepreneur established in France. These terms apply to the OMAE web application. You must be at least 18 years old to use OMAE. Do not use the service if you are under 18.
OMAE provides visual design ideas. Images may contain errors, impractical arrangements or differences between views. They are not architectural plans, measurements, engineering advice or a guarantee that a design can be built safely. Check dimensions, lease restrictions and safety requirements yourself, and seek qualified advice where appropriate.
2. Your account
Use accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict misuse, fraud or attempts to bypass service limits; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You may delete projects and request deletion of your account in Settings. Account deletion removes access to your projects and remaining credits and starts deletion of associated data. Review any active subscription before confirming deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes.
3. Your photos and AI-generated content
Upload only photographs and other content that you have the right to use and send for AI processing. Avoid including people, identity documents, addresses, screens or other sensitive personal information. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, and do not use OMAE to harm or impersonate others.
You retain your rights in your uploads. You authorize OMAE and its service providers to process them only as needed to operate, secure and deliver the service you request. We do not acquire ownership of your room photographs. Your original photos and generated results are private by default; sharing or exporting them is your choice.
You may use and share the generated results, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI output may not be unique, may resemble other output, and may not qualify for copyright protection. You must review it before relying on or publishing it.
4. Subscriptions and credits
Available plans, prices, billing frequency, included credit allocations and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. A yearly payment and monthly credit allocation are different schedules; consult the plan summary. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize the disclosed recurring charges when you confirm your subscription.
The server shows a credit quote before paid work starts. Adjusting settings, viewing saved results, downloading them and navigating the app do not consume credits. Useful successful work is charged; technical failures release or refund the applicable reserved credits. A partial result keeps its successful views and charges only the successful work under the applicable quote. A voluntary Redo is a new paid operation; an eligible technical retry is not.
Paid credits do not expire. Canceling a subscription does not remove paid credits or saved results; you may spend your remaining balance. Credit top-ups require an active eligible subscription. Credits are service units, not a bank balance or a currency that can be transferred or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Promotional credits, if offered, may have separately disclosed conditions.
5. Cancellation, changes and refunds
You can manage or cancel a web subscription in Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect as shown in your account; it does not itself erase your account or saved work. A change that triggers a charge must show its financial effect before confirmation. Failed renewal payments may suspend new subscription benefits; already owned paid credits remain available.
For billing errors, duplicate charges or refund requests, contact app.omae@gmail.com with the account email and payment reference. Do not email full card details. We review the circumstances and apply any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
6. Availability and responsibility
The service depends on hosting, authentication, payment and AI providers and may be interrupted or unavailable. We use reasonable care to operate it, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or an exact creative outcome. Features described as unavailable or coming soon are not included as a promise of immediate availability.
You are responsible for checking any physical changes you make based on a design. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your statutory rights through these terms.
7. Contact and changes
Contact Benjamin Albertelli EI at app.omae@gmail.com. Postal address: Not available.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date identifies the current text. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting an existing subscription or your rights. French law applies subject to mandatory protections and court rights available to consumers in their place of residence; this clause does not remove those protections.
